Instant Property Auction is a new and improved way of buying and selling your property online. When building this platform our aim was to make life as easy as possible for the different players in the property industry.

Landlord/Seller: The seller can list their property on our platform for FREE. If a successful deal is completed, the commission is paid buy the buyer. Therefore, there is absolutely no risk when listing your property on our platform.

Buyers: Access properties available to buy from anywhere in the world and bid at your convenience.

The winning bidder will be notified and a deposit % (charged by the auctioneer- please refer to "documents"  on each property ad) of the hammer price is payable at the fall of the hammer. The deposit is payable by way of a Bank Guaranteed cheque or electronic fund transfer. The deposit and the buyer's premium amounts are deposited into the Property Auctioneer's Auction Trust account.

Confirmation period: 7 Business days.
Guarantees: Balance of the purchase price payable within 21 business days after confirmation of the sale.

The bid price excludes the buyer’s premium which is payable over and above the hammer price.
